For Express/Rush Orders please call 1-973 227 5528 for cost. Overseas customers are responsible for checking tracking to see if carrier has attempted delivery when they are out. They must then contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery before the package gets ‘returned to sender’. All Overseas orders are shipped USPS Airmail and on average take 9-12 Business Days depending on the country. We ship worldwide and cannot be responsible for knowing if your country charges duty on imports or not. If you are unsure then we suggest you ask your local post office so that you are fully aware of any additional import fees for receiving package from us. Customs duty and tax is the responsibility of the customer and not GB Services LLC/GlamourBoutique.com All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes/mailers with no company name mentioned. We package everything discreetly with only a residential address as the Return Address being used. Our parent company GB Services will show up on your credit card statement and NOT Glamour Boutique. Please note as part of our company recycling policy we do re-use packing material sent to us by vendors. All such materials are plain brown un-marked boxes and bubble filler or recyclabe polystyrene peanuts. Signature Confirmation: Please note our shipping software will add on ‘signature confirmation’ (at no additional cost to customers) where it determines the delivery address is shared housing/an apartment. This is to ensure the package reaches the right person. Signature confirmation is also added to large boxes that will not fit in mail boxes. All domestic U.S. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (Priority or Express OR Parcel Select for large and heavy packages to HI, PR and AK only), UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day depending on your selection. Overseas Orders are mailed Air Mail using the United States Postal Service. *FREE Shipping offers are available on a limited basis to U.S. destinations (excluding AK, HI, PR). Please note if orders are returned/part returned or cancelled then they are refunded LESS actual shipping cost if Free Shipping was used (where appropriate). All Free, Economy and USPS Orders received by 3.30pm Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day (subject to stock availability). All UPS Orders received by 5pm ship same day. We have on average a 90 to 94% stock availability at any one time – in the event we are missing any items you may be notified of a delay in shipment or you may receive a partial delivery with the back-ordered portion to follow on later. We do not charge for back ordered items until they are dispatched and multiple shipments only incur the original shipping and handling charge (i.e. you are not charged any extra shipping fees). Back Ordered items and Exchanges will ship at the most affordable rate/service. If you selected UPS Ground or any expedited service the first part of the order will ship that class. For any exchange or back-ordered item on the same order, they are not guaranteed to ship at the same class of service. If this may be an issue please inform us ahead of time. Please note that on occasion certain overweight and/or oversize products may incur additional shipping costs on certain routes. If this is the case we may email to ask for a contribution to shipping. UPS will not deliver on Saturdays so an Order placed on Friday for Next Day Delivery will arrive on the following Monday. If you do want to pay for a Saturday Delivery then we will find a carrier able to deliver but you will be charged the ‘actual cost’ for the shipment – Call 973 227 5528 for rates. Please note for UPS shipments transit days quoted are business days (Monday to Friday). As an example, an order placed before 4pm on Tuesday going UPS 2 Day will ship Tuesday evening and arrive 2 days later on the Thursday. An order placed Friday before 4pm going UPS 2 Day will ship Friday evening and arrive Tuesday (Saturday and Sunday do not count as business/transit days). Please be sure to make the correct shipping selection. If you choose an incorrect selection we reserve the right to correct any error that you make (for example, you select a Canadian Shipping option when you need a package shipped to the U.K.) |
