2021 Glamour Girl Grand Champion – Kelli Perry
After 4 months and almost 500 entries, we have our Grand Champion!! Let’s all congratulate our 2021 Grand Champion, Kelli Perry! Kelli blew away our judges with her three entry photos and after beating out some very stiff competition in the Cougar category, rode that victory to Grand Champion. We sat down to congratulate Kelli and interview her for Eye Candy. Let’s go!
Kelli, congratulations on being named this year’s Glamour Girl Grand Champion. How does it feel to be named our top Glamour Girl of 2021
Being selected as this year’s Grand Champion is truly an honor and very humbling. There are so many beautiful girls that have entered and every one of them deserve to be chosen, but I realize there can be only one. My hope is that by being chosen, it will serve to inspire other girls to enter, while having fun doing it, and feel that passion to win!
Tell us how you go about choosing your outfits and how you choose what photos to submit.
Choosing my outfits and photos is no easy task! The look I create must dovetail with the setting I am in along with the message I want to send with my poses, outfits and facial expressions. I choose outfits that will exude femininity and compliment my look in pictures. I believe my photos truly express the joy and fun I have with my feminine side in typical lifestyle settings, not forgetting to mix it up with a little pizzazz!. My hope is that by doing this, I can create the persona for other girls to emulate, and express femininity in THEIR own way, a way that can be used to be happy, complete, and inspire others to do the same!
What advice would you give girls entering the contest next year?
My advice for girls who want to enter the contest is to BE YOURSELF. That is the “secret sauce” that is sometimes taken for granted, but will shine through the most. Viewers will KNOW it just by your pose, your outfit, and most of all, your SMILE. In a nutshell, as I have told so many over the years, be sexy, classy, and fabulous!
Any final words for your fellow girls? Our readers and judges?
For those girls who have entered the contest, THANK YOU! You have taken a bold step towards the next level of expressing your femininity in pictures using friendly competition. You will be a better and more complete person for it…I sure am! Readers, please enjoy what you see, because we do it for YOU. And finally, the judges. I would not want your job for anything! Having to choose from SO MANY beautiful
Let’s start our main interview by letting our readers know where you are from?
I live in Elk Grove, California. As a kid, our family moved around a lot because of my father’s employment, but always within the state. I enjoy California!
When did you first start dressing and how did it come about?
I started dressing when I was about eight years old. My mom’s and sister’s undergarments and pantyhose got more use than they knew about! I also dressed in their dresses and swimsuits. I found all of these to be exhilarating in look and feel, and putting them on revealed my feminine side I never knew I had, and it was quite enjoyable and refreshing at the same time. The mystique I experienced by wearing these garments, dresses, heels, etc. was indescribable. You girls KNOW what I mean!
How did you come up with your Femme name?
My favorite actress is Jaclyn Smith, and her name on the “Charlie’s Angels” television show was Kelli (with an i). I am very proud of that “i” and consider that “i” on the end of my name to be a little “wink” to people I meet haha.
How often do you dress?
I dress just about every weekend, and sometimes during the week. It really depends on what I have going on. I have two jobs (one to pay the bills and the other strictly to fund Kelli!), so getting out during the week is only on an occasional basis. When I go out on the weekend I am usually with friends, but sometimes I go to the local pub and meet up with my bartender friend and others to chat. All have been truly supportive, and I enjoy doing it!
Are you married/in a relationship? If yes, are you able to share your female self with your partner?
I am divorced and not currently in a relationship, but one never knows who is right around that corner!
What are some of your favorite outfits/fashions?
I only have 3 sentences to answer this question? Not nearly enough! Haha. I very much enjoy dresses of all kinds, from florals to lace to sequins for that “special” occasion (which I believe every opportunity to dress and go out is a “special” occasion), usually short and low cut in the front. I do wear jeans every now and then, but prefer dresses with open toed heels. I like blue, red and black dresses, and usually go with a nude colored heel to make my legs look longer.
Stockings or pantyhose?
I am mostly a bare leg girl (I think it looks and feels chic), but I actually started out wearing both stockings and pantyhose (not at the same time haha) for most of my start-up days. Like I mentioned before, the mystique I felt by looking at and feeling them on was mesmerizing. Presently, pantyhose with my Hooters outfit and stockings and garters for those special moments!
Heels or flats?
Heels! Heels! Oh, did I say heels?? Oh yes, I am blessed with a girl size foot, and wear nothing shorter than a 4 inch heel. Most of my heels are 5”, and I feel quite comfortable wearing them. Another level of mystique I described earlier is putting a pair of sexy heels on and sashaying my hips ever so gently and taking those short, coy, steps…sexy girl style ooh la la!
Favorite places to go when dressed?
This girl LOVES dancing, and she will pick the BEST dance venue to show off her moves! I also like fine restaurants, wine tasting, broadway shows, and the finer venues, BUT, I love the beach and laying out in my finest bikini as well!
Go to accessories for a night out
I guess that really depends on the occasion, but I have been known to sport bling, bling and more bling! Gold accessories are my favorite, but rhinestones certainly get the nod every now and then. And of course, mani and pedi nails MUST match, along with purse and shoes!
Who is/are your female role model(s) and why?
I like RuPaul, for obvious reasons, but for me she is the essence of someone expressing her female side through the lens of experience, and she shares those experiences which she has learned from through her TV show, videos, blogs, etc. I admire her courage, boldness, and self confidence because it’s who she really is deep down inside and is who I want to be as well. I love what she has famously said, “We are all born naked, everything else is drag!”. Ru embraces her “girl” to a point where you just want to be like her (full of inspiration and completeness), and I think she does that on purpose!
I also admire Cassandra Cass, obviously for her extreme beauty, poise, and femininity, but also her boldness and humor. She has so much fun!!
Every time I go out I try to exude all of these qualities expressed by my role models. I make it a policy of mine to introduce myself to someone I have not met before.. I LOVE meeting new people and putting them at ease with a girl like me. Frankly I have not had one bad experience…all have been welcoming, supportive and fun!
Tell us some fun facts about yourself. What are your hobbies (either when dressed or not), likes, things you do in your spare time, or anything else you would like to share.
Hobbies?? Well, shopping of COURSE! I LOVE window shopping, trying on cute dresses and heels, and being helped by those darling department store hostesses! I also do a little painting (canvas, not walls, haha), and I enjoy TRAVEL. I go to many places across the country as Kelli, have flown as Kelli several times, and enjoy seeing new things across this great country of ours!
Another hobby I have (if you can call it that because I REALLY enjoy doing it) is creating events that give girls the opportunity to come out and express their girl side. I hold many local events in and around the Sacramento area, and have an annual event held in Las Vegas each year called TG Rocktober in October, which started out as a gathering of just 12 girls but has mushroomed 6 years later to over 150 girls annually. I have also coordinated the Thursday night Rockstar Bus Tour event at Viva Wildside in Las Vegas held in May. Again, I LOVE inspiring others to express their girl realness!
Any stories you would like to share about yourself and your journey?
I make it a policy of mine to introduce myself to someone I have not met before EVERY time I go out, at a restaurant, club, winery, or even on an airplane. I LOVE meeting new people and putting them at ease with a girl like me. Frankly I have not had one bad experience…all have been very welcoming and curious, which does not bother me in the least. One of the best stories I like to tell is the time I was flying to Vegas. This was just one of the times I flew as Kelli. I met two girls (they were best friends) sitting next to me on a plane and we had the BEST time chatting! They wanted to know all about me and my evolution of being a trans woman. I shared that my story of being this way really isn’t an option and simply COMPLETES my life. They were intrigued. I truly believe they appreciated the fact that I was so open. To this day we remain in contact and they have come to some of the gatherings I have put on. It’s quite satisfying to me that through my journeys and events, maybe, just maybe, someone understands just a little more than they did before!
I am very public. I enjoy every time I go out I try to exude all of these qualities through my friendships and new acquaintances.
If you have social media, what is the best way for others to follow you?
I am on Facebook, Instagram, Kik, and Only Fans, but the best way would be on Facebook
If you would like to send a message to your fellow girls out there or a closing statement.
Of course! Your world will come ALIVE if you share your world with others! There are so many people out there who not only want to express their “girlness” such as I and many others have done, but also people who want to understand it, and what it means to express one’s feminine side. Be BOLD, have FUN with it, and most importantly, LIVE YOUR PASSION!
Well said Kelli. Such great words to live by! Thank you so much for this interview and congratulations on being the 2021 Glamour Girl Grand Champion!
That’s a wrap on Glamour Girl 2021. We hope you had as much fun as we did. Whether you entered photos, voted for your favorites, followed the contest on Facebook or on our blog, THANK YOU!! We couldn’t do any of this without you and it’s with your support that we can. We are forever grateful. See you all next year!

Glamour Girl 2020 Grand Champion Announced
2020 Grand Champion Natalie Masara
After almost 600 entries from all corners of the globe, it has come to this. Our 2020 Glamour Girl Grand Champion. We had three incredibly gorgeous girls as winners in their respective categories this year. Our judges said this was such a hard choice as all three girls were so beautiful. In the end, the judges have decided that our Grand Champion is Kitten Natalie Masara. Congratulations Natalie!! Natalie first caught our eye in last year’s Sexy Legs Contest. Natalie proved she is way more than just a pair of sexy legs as this contest is about the total package and she definitely has it all! We asked Natalie some questions about her big win and the contest as a whole.
Hi Natalie. Congratulations on being named this year’s Cougar Champion. How does it feel to be the winner?
Being named Grand Champion, it truly is an honor. Trans women and cross dressing women have such a challenging road and it’s nice to know women have a platform to display their true beauty. Your contest is just one of many examples where this can be displayed.
Tell us how you go about choosing your outfits and how you choose what photos to submit.
In regards to my outfits, I love clothes! I always look forward to piecing my outfits together with a particular heel. I usually start with a heel and work my way up from
there. I submitted that particular photo because I was truly “happy” in the moment and I feel that the photograph represented my true happiness.
What advice would you give girls entering the contest next year?
My advice for women submitting their photos in next year’s contest would be to try and capture who you are, your overall style through your photographs. Be comfortable and remember it’s all in good fun!
Any final words for your fellow girls? Our readers and judges?
Final words for me is that I have built some amazing friendships as “Natalie” and there are so many beautiful people out there and I feel that trans women and cross dressing women seem to get more beautiful as each year passes. Again I am honored and truly grateful to the judges for picking me as their winner and I am proud of all the women that entered the contest as true beauty always comes from within. Thank you again !
Thank you Natalie. Congratulations again! Be sure to check out Natalies Eye Candy feature as well and get to know our Grand Champion a little better.

Glamour Girl Grand Champions 2019 Heidi Phox and Tippy Gillette
The Glamour Boutique offices are buzzing with a history-making end to our annual Glamour Girl Photo Contest. For the first time ever our judges were deadlocked between two girls and in the end, decided to name both Heidi Phox and Tippy Gillette co-Grand Champions.
Congratulations girls!!
We cannot be more excited for our dual Champions as they both have had very different paths to the finish line. Heidi has been a regular in our contests for many years. After she won her age category back in 2012 (there was no Grand Champion yet), Heidi stepped away from Glamour Girl but stayed a regular in our annual Sexy Legs Contest. This was her first year back in the Glamour Girl Contest and the timing was perfect.
Tippy, on the other hand, was a first-time entrant this year and was also a contender for our Newcomer of the Year making it all the way to the Top 10. The first time was a charm as that was all Tippy needed to become a Grand Champion.
We caught up with both our champs to tell them the news.
Heidi, congratulations on becoming one half of our Grand Champions for 2019. How does it feel?
It feels great but also very humbling. I have learned from many beautiful and classy ladies and I always hope that I can pass along some of what has inspired me. I try to be a good role model especially for others like me that hold their marriage and parenting roles in high regard.
Tell us about how you take and choose the photos you used for the contest?
I generally try to dress modestly and wear what your average woman would wear however getting dolled up and looking glamorous is a wonderful feeling. I enjoy trying out an assortment of different looks. I set up a camera with a mirror behind to see my pose. I use the timer function to try to get a good photo. I take a lot of photos in hopes that I can produce a few keepers.
I save photos from the internet of poses and styles that I want to try. It’s a fun hobby.
What advice would you give girls entering the Glamour Girl Photo Contest next year?
It’s always difficult to know what judges will find exceptional. Just find the best pictures that represent who you are and hope for the best. It’s not a big deal if others like what you post. Be true to your values and don’t worry about if others like it or not.
Would you like to say anything in closing?
Thank you for these contests and all that you at Glamour Boutique do for our community. I know that the products I have received from your establishment have certainly been crucial in shaping me into the person I am today.
Seeing all of the beautiful ladies you have to choose between; you have a fun yet difficult job.
Congratulations Tippy on becoming one half of this year’s Grand Champions. How does it feel?
It feels wonderful! I am surprised and delighted that I am chosen to be Grand Champion. I dreamt of winning the Glamour Boutique Picture Contest in the Super Cougar category, but now Grand Champion seems like the gift that keeps on giving. This is a precious validation for a girl that never thought of being honored in such a way and something that will stay in my memory for a long time. I am grateful and pleased that I could be considered and awarded as such.
Tell us about how you take and choose the photos you used for the contest?
- I take lots of pictures and lots of time so you have choices for the pose and setting that you like.
- I try to show off my best feature(s).
- I make sure there’s ample lighting to see my face and features clearly.
- I place the camera as close as possible to fill the frame with my pose or I’ll crop the photo to the essential area (me).
- I either use a professional photographer or a good camera for my shots.
- I try to keep distracting, busy or messy backgrounds out of view
What advice would you give girls entering the Glamour Girl Photo Contest next year?
Have fun with the photos you take and show the best “you.”
Would you like to say anything in closing?
Thank you for your kind consideration and I’m honored you’re choosing me to represent this year’s Super Cougars and Grand Champion for Glamour Boutique.
Thanks ladies!
We are honored to have both Tippy and Heidi as our Grand Champions as we know they will both be amazing representatives of all our girls out there and our contest. Stay tuned as you will be able to get to know these beautiful ladies more, as both Heidi and Tippy will be featured this summer as Eye Candy girls!
