CORRECT BRA AND CUP SIZING.
If you do not know bra size then take chest measurement.
Chest Measurement is taken just under the pec muscles (1.5 to 2″ below the nipple normally)
ADD 4″ to that measurement if you measure 38 or below and add 2″ if above a 38. EXAMPLE: If you measure
36″ under the pec, add 4″ and you need a 40″ bra in our pocket bras.
Now all you do is decide how big a cup you want to be.
On an average male, a C cup will give a realistic/passable shape, a D will be Large and a B small/conservative. If you have never worn forms before we recommend starting with a C Cup.
Waist Measurement should be taken at the belly button.
