This will help to smooth the foundation into a flawless, even finish.

Setting powder is used over the foundation and then after all of the contouring, blush, eye and lip makeup has been applied. The point of the powder is to blend everything together in an almost non-makeup look, giving your face a sense of cohesion and evenness.
