You will need to start by measuring your bra band, which is around your chest just underneath your pectoral muscles. You’ll then need to add a further 4 inches to this number to calculate an accurate bra band measurement. We recommend trying them for fit using a bra first, and if you are happy with the size and fit, go ahead and glue them on, if you like!

Due to hygiene laws, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for breast forms which have been glued or taped, so please ensure you’re happy with your product before using any adhesive products. Aside from the shipping costs, we do not charge you for the convenience of returning or exchanging eligible items.
