We are unable to accept returns on these products due to health regulations and the fact they are made to order. Once your order is placed, we start production and cannot cancel you order; you can expect delivery within 3-6 weeks. *Please note since 2017 we have improved the silicone compound to make it harder-wearing particularly at the edge, but this new compound is not quite as tacky as the older and weaker compound.
