Why Do I have to Book an Appointment?
Glamour Boutique offers a discreet shopping experience where each person has the complete showroom to themselves for a set time. This ensures each person can relax in the knowledge no one else will enter whilst they are browsing, being fitted and trying on different garments and outfits.
Do you Charge for a Shopping Appointment?
No, there is no charge nor is there any obligation to make a purchase. We aim to make shopping with us relaxed and pressure free. For some it may take 2 appointments, for example, to make a purchase.
What if I just turn up without an Appointment?
We strongly recommend you pre-book. If you just turn up and we have an appointment in progress we will ask you to wait in the parking lot until we have finished. If you arrive just as someone’s appointment is starting you will have to wait an hour. Even if it is a last minute decision, call us on 1-973 226 5588 and we can do our best to accommodate you so you do not waste your time.
Do you have staff to help with fittings?
Yes, we have experienced fitters to help you. We will happily take key measurements so you know what sizes work for you whether you shop at Glamour Boutique or anywhere else. We have served customers in person for 14 years and can make suggestions to each customer to help maximize their femme-potential. Whether you want to improve your female shape, get a new outfit or even try a new wigstyle/color we are happy to make suggestions based on our experience.
Can I come for an appointment already dressed ‘en femme’?
Yes. We have a discreet side entrance where we ask all customers to enter through. There are no other units that overlook the entrance so you can pull right up to the door and step inside without any fear or trepidation of being judged.
What if I’m running late for my appointment?
Call us if you are running late. If we have an appointment booked after you and it’s someone we know we may be able to ask them to come later. If you just turn up late, without warning then we will have to terminate the booking on time as soon as the next person arrives.
Should I prepare for a shopping appointment?
An hour goes by very quickly. We advise you look through the online catalogue at www.GlamourBoutique.com and make a wish list of items you’d like to see/be fitted for. Give us the list in advance or as soon as you arrive so that you have the time to try on everything you want.
